Thank you for contacting Dwan Miller Photography's Studio Rental. We are here to help you capture client's memories in a convenient and indoor location. The studio has a client lounge, a changing room, a 10 x 10 studio space and is co-located with a Salon (Jennifer Nicole Hair Design). The studio is located on the second floor at 327 Poyntz Ave, Suite 201, Manhattan, KS 66502 and is not wheel chair accessible.


RENTAL INCLUDES

  • $75 per hour
  • One backdrop (Over 10 different solid colors or 3 textured choices).
  • One off camera flash setups (Godox XPro wireless trigger, Flashpoint XPLOR 600 R2 Pro strobe, one EZ Glow softbox- 36", 42", 60" or a 70" Umbrella and a heavy duty C-stand w/ boom arm).
  • Stool, folding chair, white posing boxes, varies props, hats, sunglasses and more.
  • Client Lounge- TV, Wifi and small kids play area.
  • Bluetooth Speaker.
  • Private Restrooms.


ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

  • Additional 30 mins- $25
  • Additional 60 mins- $75
  • Additional backdrop color- $10
  • V-flat: $5
  • Clamshell Eye-light reflector: $5
  • Wireless Off Camera flash setup (light strobe, soft box and stand) - $20
  • Canon EOS R6 body only- $25

Reservation: Requestor must click on the below link "Contact Us/Reservation" and submit a request for services. We staff will contact you and after discussing specific information/ confirming availability, we will send you the booking link, a digital rental contract and options how to make payment.


The non-refundable full $75 payment is required to reserve the requested rental date/time. Payment (s) can be paid in person by Cash or Check and or by touch-less payment options (CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay or I can send an invoice). If the full nonrefundable payment isn’t received/paid within 48hrs of the requested appointment, your request may be decline/cancelled.
